Things I’ve Learned...

Our teacher in Developmental Reading recommended us to read the story of The Little Prince. At first I thought it was a boring story when I’m continuing reading, it is a worthwhile and entertaining to read. The story is about the prince searching for friends and makes him happy. I describe the little prince is like any child-carefree, playful and positive minded. He encountered nine: namely, the pilot, astronomer, king, conceited man, tippler, businessman, lamplighter, geographer, snake and fox. He learned from them a lot of other things, met different kinds of people and he had learned also of true friendship.

Every chapter, it expresses friendship, obligation, community, nature of love and loneliness. I learned in the Little Prince’s encounter that some people do not accept criticism; adults based their opinions through the physical appearance of a person and if you loved someone and your lover will also loved you.

The Little Prince story is very amazing and the author Antoine de Saint Exupery is very good. The ending satisfies me and I would like to read a continuation of the story The Little Prince if there is any.
